- Description
- The contract awarded as a result of this commercial acquisition will be for an indefinite quantity of product for a 3 year firm-fixed-price requirements contract IAW FAR Part 12. Required delivery will begin on or about 15 May 2003 and end on or about 14 May 2006. Required product is Hydrogen Peroxide, Type 70, Bulk, IAW the Item Description, H202 dated 20 Dec 2002. The estimated quantity is 1,161,000 lbs. Temporary on site bulk storage containers may be required at the destination. FOB will be destination to White Sands Missile Range, NM. Only offers from sources whose product has been previously tested and approved by the customer, Northrop Grumman, will be accepted for evaluation and award of a contract under this solicitation.
