Description: NA The work consists essentially of providing historical interpretation and outreach service, which shall be in the form of a Graduate Assistantship, i.e., a minimum of a master?s level graduate student enrolled in a history, forestry, recreation, parks and t ourism resources program at an accredited university. In addition two summer staff positions shall also be provided by that university. Service is for Bulltown Historical Area located at Burnsville Lake, Burnsville, West Virginia. The time of performance will be for a base period (on or about 1 June 2003 through 30 September 2003) with four option periods: 1 October 2003 ? 30 September 2004; 1 October 2004 ? 30 September 2005; 1 October 2005 ? 30 September 2006; and 1 October 2006 ? 30 September 2007. T he contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract, competitively bided. A pre-bid conference is tentatively scheduled for April 28, 2003, at 10:00 a.m., at Burnsville Lake. Total contract shall not exceed $205,000.00. This solicitation (IFB) must be requested by registering at WWW.LRH.USACE.ARMY.MIL/CT. The IFB will be mailed. This proposed procurement is not small business set aside. A SIC code of 8412 and NAICS 712120 has been established for this solicitation.
