Description: This project consists of the contractor to furnish labor, materials and equipment to repaint one (1) 50,000 gallon steel water storage tank. Work consists of surface preparation, including lead base paint removal; minor tank repairs; and recoating interior and exterior surfaces. The work location is at the tank site, approx. 7 miles east and south of Prescott, AZ. Access is via State Highway 69, County Road 57 (Walker Road) and the Forest Service Road 9401V. Road 9401V is one mile of dirt access road to the tank and requires a high clearance vehicle. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. Government estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000.
