Description

Sealed bids for all labor and materials to construct a concrete masonry addition with wood trusses and fiberglass shingles, match existing, to building 7-172. The addition will be used as a car wash and sand blasting room. An equipment room and a storage room will be included in the sand blasting area. Project also includes all labor and materials to install a paint mixing room, purchased by owner, in building 7-152. Project costs not to exceed $55,000. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, April 10, 2003 in building 11-200 of Gary JCC.
