Description: NA The contractor shall be responsible for educating the Fort Jackson, South Carolina, military community in personal financial management readiness, provide financial counseling, and conduct classes. The contractor shall have a minimum educational requireme nt of a BA/BS degree in a social science field, business administration, or Financial Planning (CFP), with a minimum of one-year documented experience working in a Financial Readiness Program and one year in teaching personal financial readiness classes. The contractor shall submit proof of his/her employee's qualifications, knowledge of military consumer affairs, and financial assistance programs, prior to being awarded a contract. This is a multi-year contract, with a base year and two options. This is a Small Business Set-aside, NAICS code, 611710, size standard is, $6 million. Request for Quotations will be issued approximately, April 14, 2003, with quotations due back April 28, 2003. No telephone request for RFQ will be honored. The RFQ will be pos ted on two web sites, http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://acquisition.army.mil.
