Description

CEDAR COUNTY, WEST BRANCH IOWA The work of this contract consists of providing all materials, labor, tools and equipment necessary to complete the specified work, including: A: Temporary removal of selected window sashes, door and associated millwork and hardware; B: The in-place removal of lead-containing paint finishes from the exterior and interior surfaces of selected millwork; C: The removal of lead-containing paint finishes from window sashes, doors and hardware in a controlled environment; D: Finish sanding of affected millwork.
