Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, New York requires a contractor to provide drawings, design and install a sprinkler system for the outside warehouse expansion. The solicitation will be available on or about 02/11/2003 and will be distributed through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available except in extreme circumstances and only if issuance in this manner is determined to be in the Government's interest. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The response date is anticipated to be approximately 03/11/2003 and the magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period is 60 calendars days after notice to proceed. A site visit will be authorized, information will be contained in the cover letter of the solicitation. The NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $12.0 million. The solicitatin is 100% set aside for small business. All rsponsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
