Description: The U. S. Marshals Service (USMS) seeks sources for leasing of commercial warehouse space. Expressions of interest should include offers of approximately 8,000 to 20,000 usable sq. ft. of space. The lease term is 1 year minimum with 4 option years. Proposed space must be located within a 5 mile radius of Interstate 395 & Glebe Road in Arlington, Virginia. Warehouse space requirements are truck and trailer drive-in access, bay doors, climate controlled space, restrooms/shower and vistor parking.
