Description

NA Draft solicitation for Services and Constructions activities of small-scale demolition, building renovations, maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, site work within the boundaries of Slidell, St Tammary Parish but not limited anywhere in Continental US. Wo rk will be accomplished by individual task orders issued against the basic contract. This requirement will utilize both Service Contract Act (SCA) & Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) wage determinations. The Contracting Officer will specify whether SCA or DBA rates apply for each specific task order. The contract will contain a base period with four options. Each contract period will last for one year. The contract ceiling will not exceed $1,000,000 per contract period or $5,000,000 over the life of the contract. This contract will not exceed more than 5 years. This requirement has been set aside 100% for 8(a) competitive located within the geographical areas serviced by the SBA Louisiana District Office. Interested bidders are invited to submit questions/commen ts as to the feasibility of accomplishing fast tract construction projects thought the use of this task order contract. Please indicate section and page number of the solicitation (if applicable) with your questions/comments. The SBA has approved the Nort h American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 ($28.5M Size Standard) for 8(a) participation.
