Description
REQUIREMENTS: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of a maximum of 68,636 BOMA rentable square feet to yield a range of 57,000 to 60,000 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (usf) and four (4) reserved parking spaces in one (1) building. The building must be handicapped accessible and must comply with GSA Fire Protection, Occupational Health and Environmental Safety Standards. The facility must have the potential for an efficient space design layout and meet the Agency?s' security requirements. Facilities offered must be within 2500 walkable linear feet from the entrance of an operable Metro Station. LOCATION: Site must be located in within the following delineated area: N Street, NW to the north; 24th Street, NW on the west; Constitution Ave, NW on the south; and 18th Street to the east. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years firm. OCCUPANCY: Space must be available for occupancy by November 2003. RESPONSE SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING AND BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN COB APRIL 4, 2003: 1. Building name and address 2. Available rentable square footage, floor location, and estimated rental rate per rentable square foot. 3. Floor plan 4.
