- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 15,183 rentable square feet office and related space in Kissimmee, Florida. The rentable space must yield 13,203 usable square feet. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. If new construction in being offered, space shall be provided in a building that offers a set back from roadways, public parking and other property boundaries of at least 50 feet. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Kissimmee, Florida within the following delineated areas: NORTH: Columbia Avenue, EAST: Michigan Avenue, SOUTH: Bryan St./S. Orlando St./US Hwy 17 92/Broadway/Brack St./Oak St., WEST: Emory Avenue. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Secured parking is required per local code and ordinance or based on a ratio of 1 space per 200 usable square feet. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2004. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years. OWNERS/AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building?s ownership.
