- REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 11,482 rentable square feet, yielding 9,984 usable square feet, of contiguous office and related space in Laurel, Mississippi. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. LOCATION: Offered properties must be located in Laurel, Mississippi within the following delineated area: NORTH: Old Bush Dairy Road to Audubon Drive; SOUTH: Adams Street to Jefferson Street to 16th Avenue; EAST: Audubon Drive to 7th Avenue east to 5th Street to Sawmill Drive to Magnolia Street to Teresa Street south to Spec Wilson Boulevard to Ellisville Boulevard to Adams Street; WEST: 16th Avenue to Highway 15 to Old Bush Dairy Road. NOTE: A map demonstrating the delineated area is available upon request. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required per local code and ordinance with a minimum of 46 surface parking spaces to be made available. Space must be ready for occupancy by July 14, 2004 or sooner. LEASE TERM: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years. OWNERS/AGENTS: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office.
