Description

NA The contractor shall provide all management, licenses, lab testing, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and labor to develop and implement an Integrated Pest Management (IPM plan addressing vegitation control and fertilization to identified areas at Selfridge Air National Guard Base, MI in a manner that will ensure the health and general well being of installation personnel and wildlife. Application to accomplished between 15 April and 30 June 2003. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for very smal l business, however the government is accepting quotes from small businesses in the event very small business participation is inadequate.
