Description

NA This is a request for quote (RFQ), for the enumeration, identification, and characterization of benthic macroinvertebrates, calculation of specified metrics, and report preparation for approximately 57 composite benthic macroinvertebrate samples collected annually from inflows and tailwaters of 20 reservoirs in the Louisville District for U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, KY. NOTE: This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 541990 ($6 million). Estimated Value is Approxim ate $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Award of this procurement will be based upon Best Value criteria include, in order of significance, the followings: past performance, past experience, and price. This RFQ contains an option clause to extend the contract for four (4) one-year periods; Periods of performance will be: Base from the date of award of this purchase order thru 30 September 2003; Option period one will be from 1 October 2003 thru 30 September 2004; Option period two will be from 1 October 2004 thru 3 0 September 2005; Option period three from 1 October 2005 thru 30 September 2006; Option period four from 1 October 2006 thru 30 September 2007. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 16 April 2003 and a due date of 31 April 2003 at 4:30 PM local time.
