Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Radiology Services (Radiologist) for the Federal Medical Center in Rochester, Minnesota. Services include a broad range of diagnostic radiology services including interpretation of radiological films that are taken by the FMC Radiology Technician. The contract type is a firm fixed price indefinite quantity/requirements contract. The contract period shall consist of a base period from date of award through September 30, 2003 with four (4) subsequent 12 month option periods for renewal if exercised. The estimated quantities for the base period and each option are as follows: Base Year - 17 sessions; Option Year 1 - 52 sessions; Option Year 2 - 52 sessions; Option Year 3 - 52 sessions; Option Year 4 - 52 sessions. The session length is 8 hours. The solicitation will be made available on or about April 22, 2003 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration?s Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendment, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of proposals is on or about May 18, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
