Description

Project consists of the demolition and removal of existing rubble fish pond walls and one concrete kettle structure, construction of a new concrete pond wall with stone facing and polypropylene liner, new concrete kettle structure, new inlet or outlet boxes with all associated piping, and backfilling and landscaping. The estimated magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 234990, Other Heavy Construction, with a size standard of $28.5 million. Solicitation packages will be available free of charge approximately 04/23/2003 with bid opening occurring on or about 05/23/2003.
