Description

NAICS 238990 Other Specialty Trade Contractors. Size Standard $12.0 million. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Project Title is Synthetic Turf Installation. The project is located at the General Services Administration Child Care Center, Building 64 at the Denver Federal Center (DFC), Lakewood, Colorado. The project includes the removal of existing landscaping and installation of approximately 5,000 square feet of AstroPlay or equivalent synthetic turf on the playground area. The solicitation will be issued by GSA, DFC Service Center (8PD) and will be available on or about April 25, 2003, at the Electronic Procurement System (EPS) Internet site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. A site visit will be held on or about May 6, 2003 at Building 64, at the DFC in Lakewood, Colorado. Offers will be due on or about May 21, 2003. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Award is expected to be made on or about May 28, 2003, with the expected start date of the work to begin on or about June 1, 2003, for a performance period of 45 calendar days. The government does not intend to acquire a commercial item under FAR Part 12. Offerors wishing to receive electronic notification of changes will need to register to receive notification of this specific solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
