Description
NA As stated in the original notice dated 14 March 2003, DCC-W on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Manpower and Reserve Affairs (OASA(M&RA)) is seeking contractors to provide Human Resource Support Services. Four draft RFPs will b e released, on or about 23 April 2003, instead of one RFP to cover all four areas as originally stated. The numbers of the draft RFPs are: DASW01-03-R-0033 (Transition Services), DASW01-03-R-0034 (Studies and Analysis), DASW01-03-R-0035 (Recruitment and Retention), and DASW01-03-R-0036 (Administrative Support). After the draft RFPs are released, comments from industry on anticipated problem areas are invited. Comments are required in writing via email to the addresses listed below. One-on-one meetings wi ll be scheduled with contractors who wish to provide their comments orally, but comments must later be provided in writing. Meeting times will be limited and will be conducted as allowed by FAR 15.201 entitled ?Exchanges With Industry Before Receipt Of Pro posals.? Additional details will be in the transmittal documents of the draft RFPs. Industry comments will not be revealed to other than those in the government who have a need to know and will be used as a basis for developing the final version of the RFP s. After release of the four final RFPs, there will be a pre-proposal conference at which time the government will provide extensive information on the requirements and at that time the government will allow additional comments and questions. Interested of ferors must obtain a copy of the draft RFP by downloading the RFP from the DCC-W homepage at the following address: http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/RFP1.asp. Telephonic requests will not be honored. Email point of contact is Sue.Kinsey@hqda.army.m il
