Description: The Defense Threat Reduction is contemplating to award on a sole source basis, contract modifications for the Unconventional Nuclear Warfare Defense testbeds contracts to incorporate operations and maintenance services as well as system upgrades. Applied Research Associates and Northrop Grumman have installed the existing testbeds at Camp LeJeune, NC, Kings Bay Submarine Base, GA and Fort Leonardwood, MS. The estimated periods of performance for the additional O&M requirment will be 14 months each. See Note 22. This is not a call for competitive proposals.
