- Description
- This is an amendment to N00244-03-T-0610, a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This amendment document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 11. The agency need is for a video conferencing system for the Naval School of Health Sciences, San Diego, in accordance with the subject solicitation and the following amendment to CLIN 0001: Tandberg 6000 Video Conferencing System, #111706222 or equal. No amendments are made to CLIN?s 0002 and 0003. The Period of Performance is amended as follows: Contractor must be able to provide installation and initial-use training upon 10 working days of notification of award. The following provisions are added by this amendment a nd apply: FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. Initial pricing (quotes) and any technical information must be received no later than 3:00 PST, Friday 02 May 2003 and will be accepted via FAX (619)-532-4957, Attn: Cielo Almanza (619.532.2579) or e-mail cielo_i_almanza@sd.fisc.navy.mil Quotes submitted as an attachment to an email should be sent in Word Version 6.0 or higher.
