Description

NA Contractor shall provide reagents, test kits, microplate barcode labels and the automated equipment for performing requested tests. Must be approved for Donor processing by the FDA. Reagents and test kits include: Anti-A Reagent, Anti-B Reagent, Anti-D Reagent, HDS Test Strips, Capture R Test Kits, Capture CMV Test Kits, Capture S Test Kits, A1 & B Reagent Red Cells, Capture R Rdy Ind Cell BarC and Capture S Rdy Ind Cell BarC. FOB is Destination - Blood Bank Center, Fort Hood, TX. Contract period will be 1 June 2003 through 31 May 2004 with two (2) twelve month option periods. This acquisition will be processed under the commercial item procedures of FAR Part 12. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quote which wi ll be considered. All requests for this solicitation must be in writing and reference RFQ Number DADA09-03-T-0342. Requests may be faxed to Ms. Kathy Eaton at 210-916-3040.
