- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a competitive requirement for a contractor to provide consultation Services to Review and Interpret Electrocardiograms (ECGs). The requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611710. The contract will be for a one-year base contract period and will include four 1-year option periods to be exercised at the sole discretion of the government. All interested sources should first attempt to download the solicitation from the Internet. If downloading is not possible, all requests for the solicitation must be in writing (FAX number 405-954-3030) or via the Internet at carolyn.s.engelke@faa.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the agency. Requests should be submitted to the attention of Carolyn Engelke and reference the Solicitation Number DTFA-AC-03-R-11503. NOTE: If you have difficulty downloading the Solicitation and/or attachments, you need to be using Internet Explorer 4.0 version or newer or Netscape Navigator 6. Older versions of Netscape Navigator will not open the attachments. The following notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
