- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F04626-03-Q0009, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-07 and Defense DCN 04-26. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is E249. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 4941. The North American Industry Classification System is 221310 and the associated business size standard is $6,000,000.00 dollars. Travis AFB intents to award sole source contract to Solano Irrigation District for the following: Approximately 300 acre feet of non-potable water. Water to be delivered as required and requested by Mr. Joseph Goldbronn at (707) 448-1098. Period of delivery will be 01 April 2003 through 31 October 2003. Delivery Point: On SID canal at Northwest Corner of the Golf Course. Water will be billed as it is used on a monthly basis but will be on a purchase order rather than a contract, as with other utilities. The following provisions and or clauses apply to this acquisition.
