Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F04626-03-Q0010 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-07 and Defense DCN 04-26. The solicitation listed here is 100% small business set-aside. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is J066. The associated Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7699. The North American Industry Classification System is 811310, and the associated business size standard is $6,000,000.00. If two (2) or more responsive, responsible and technically acceptable small or HUBZone businesses respond, this acquisition will be 100% set-aside for small business, if not, it will be unrestricted. This request for quotation consists of the following: Item 0001 Contractor to provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, labor and transportation/delivery/shipping to evaluate, inspect and/or tear down Video Boroscope Units, Model No. XLAMS-LSB, S/N 98000446, RMA# 03051187 and Model No. XLM620B, S/N 0133B4653 (0360), RMA #03051173. Contractor to provide a written quote of all findings and known required repairs to make units 100% serviceable/operational. To include all necessary adjustments, cleaning, lubrication, and final testing. Item(s) shall be delivered to Travis AFB, CA no later than 20 days after receipt of order. The following provisions and or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instruction contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, a completed copy of this provision shall be submitted with the offer. Quotes without this provision will not be considered for an award.
