Description

NA The U.S.Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Yuma Contracting Division, Arizona intends to negotiate and award a contract to Power Product Services, 3465 n. Platina Circle, Mesa, Az 85215 on a sole source basis. The contract is for two (2) each DC Power Systems to be used for the Range Digital Transmission System (RDTS) communication sites at the United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona. These systems are configured of various electrical manufacturer parts and must be compatible with the existing power systems currently installed and in use at USAYPG. The requirement includes on-site intergation and installation. The components include: 1000 ampere hour at the 8 hr.rate, GNB Model 100A21, PCP ? TWPCE-48S-48Vdc power plant equipped with (5) 50 a mp rectifiers, PCP ? SSD3.IP system status and control panel and B20 monitoring, PCP ? Distribution (14) 50 amp circuit breakers & install kits, ExelTech ? 5kva inverter , Material ?Cable, lugs, hardware,labor. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335311 and the size standard is 750 employees. However, all proposals received by the response date specified within this notice will be considered by the Government. A determina tion by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to cond uct a competitive procurement.
