- This notice is published for information purposes only. In accordance with the OMB Circular A-76, related supplemental guidelines, and the Department of Health and Human Services Guide for Conducting an Expedited Review Competitive Sourcing Study for Functions with 65 or fewer FTE, in FY03 CDC is studying the following in-house commercial activities to determine the relative cost effectiveness of in-house performance and private sector performance of such functions. 1. Architectural and Engineering functions 2. Construction Operations 3. Maintenance Operations 4. Facility Operations 5. Real Property/Space Management. All studies will be completed on or before September 15, 2003. These studies may or may not result in a subsequent solicitation. In accordance with the OMB Circular A-76 and related supplemental guidelines, in FY03 CDC is planning to use existing and new contracts to directly convert elements of several operational and functional support commercial activities to contracts . These activities or elements thereof, include: ADP Services; Special Studies and Analysis;Regulatory and Program Management Support Services; Other non-manufacturing Operations.
