Description: Develop a PC and/or SUN Ultra 10 compatible, user-friendly, fast-running version of a modern HEMP (High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse) code. This requires the contractor to develop and deliver a modified HEMP code that provides a simplified user interface for data input/output, reduces problem execution time to minutes rather than hours, extends the range of HEMP model applicability to low altitude and provide for upward direction of signal propagation (relevant to satellite detection of NUDET EMP signals).
