Description

NA Contract consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for performing all work for removal of existing roofing and installation of new shingle roofing, steel rib roofing and/or new fully adhered EPDM roofing, and for repair/re placement of roof structural members, trim, and accessories on various buildings, and for removal of existing shingle roofing containing non-friable encapsulated asbestos, and installation of new shingle roofing at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and Lake of the Ozarks Recreation Area (LORA), Camden County, Missouri. This will be a fixed-price requirements type contract with a Base Period of 1 August 2003 through 31 July 2004 and a possible 12-month option period. The magnitude of this project is between $1, 500,000 - $2,500,000. NAICS code 238390/Size Standard $12,000,000 and SIC code 1761. This action is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. The projected solicitation issue date is 13 June 2003 w ith responses due 14 July 2003. Solicitations shall be provided in response to written requests only.
