Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a Firm-fixed Price Contract for the Modernization of Twelve (12) Passenger Elevators in the Hart Senate Office Building for the Architect of the Capitol, Washington, DC. The contract work includes modernization of electrical/mechanical systems as well as material upgrades. The solicitation will be issued on or about May 22, 2003. The approximate date for receipt of proposals is June 23, 2003. Site visit and pre-proposal conference details will be included in the solicitation package. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
