- NA This synopsis is for the purchase of a Eagle M487 Warehouse Tractor (NSN 3930-010382-2567). The specifications for this item should include but are not limited to: Drawbar Pull capcity of 3000lbs, Towing capacity of 60,000lbs, Service weight of 6,000lbs-gas or 6,300-diesel, length of 100in, width of 46in, height with OH guard of 83 in, hydraulic powered steering and hydraulic powered brakes. This is a combined synops is/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote. The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis to Eagle Industrial Truck, LLC pursuant to FAR 6.302.1, ??????Only One Responsible Source??????. Interested contractors must provide documentation to show that they are providing either the brand name or equal equipment. Required delivery is 90 days after date of award, FOB Destination, White Sands Missile Range, NM. The NAICS Code and the small bus iness size standard for this procurement are 333924 and 750 employees. The following provisions and clauses apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items;FAR 52. 212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items ( in paragraph (b) the following clauses apply: 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222 -36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-36, DFAR 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, the following apply: DFAR 252-225-7001, 252.225-7007, 252.225 -7036.
