Description

NA Title of project has been changed from Book Storage Module 2 Facility to Library of Congress Book Storage Facility-Module 2. Estimated issuance of RFP package is re-established as 20 May 2003. All prior announcements are modified to include the following information: Due to security restrictions imposed on this project there will be a fee associated with the RFP package. The following information is provided: Plans and specifications for subject project are being issued by paper only. There will be flat rate fee of $180.00 per set for full size plans and specifications. This fee is refundable upon the return of the complete set of plans and specifications to the Baltimore District. Checks will be held and upon the return of set will be returned to the company. Only company checks will be accepted. Company checks are to be made payable to USACE-Baltimore District and mailed to the attention of CENAB-CT-C, Terri Quick, 10 S. Howard Street, Room 7000, Baltimore, MD 21201. No Cash Accepted. Plans and specification swill not be issued to plan rooms.
