Description

Project consists of renovating the Security Forces building and all deliveries and services for relocation of security systems from building 343 to building 334 at Rhein-Main AB, Germany. Work includes dismantling of stud walls, doors with frames, suspended ceiling in sections, including sub-construction, carpet and floor bases; Construction of new metal stud walls, suspended ceiling, new doors, counter system, carpet and linoleum installation and new toe boards. The work also includes relocation or new installation of electrical distribution recessed ceiling light fixtures, new switches and outlets, replacement of existing exhaust fan and installation of air conditioning unit. Additional work to be acknowledged in forthcoming solicitation. Contractor will be required to furnish all plant, labor, supervision, and materials necessary to accomplish project. We anticipate awarding one contract. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only through the Electronic Posting System (EPS). Web address for EPS is www.eps.gov/. Paper copies may be available. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the CCR may make that bidder ineligible for award.
