Description

NA Solicitation DAAH23-03-T-0534; CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB, NSN: 5998-01-121-5463, P/N: 10071231-101, QTY: 25 each, plus 2 each 100% option, applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft, is hereby amended, to change the solicitation DAAH23-03-T-0534 to: DAAH23-03-R-0534. The description is as follows: CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB; NSN: 5998-01-121-5463, P/N: 10071231-101, QTY: 25 each, plus 2 each 100% options, applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft. Intended source is Honeywell International Inc., (CAGE 94580). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX., Receiving Bldg. 499, 10th Street & K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery is 25 each 240 DACA. Full screening has been completed which concluded that competition cannot be improve at this time due to a lack of s ources. Technical review of this requirement discloses that the requirement does include specifications, standards, or National Stock Number (NSN) designations. Review discloses that the requirement is a sole source, part number buy back to the original manufacturer. The Government will not be releasing drawings, specifications, or standards to manufacture this requirement, which may or may not contain ODC requirements. This information cannot be released outside the United States Without Prior Approval of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, the solicitation w ill not close prior to the date stated above.
