Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall supply the necessary labor, equipment, materials and supervision to replace various interior and exterior doors and hardware on the first and second floors of H-80, North, and the Control Tower catwalk access door. Additional work shall include the installation of an exterior roll-up door and painting of all new doors and jambs to match the surrounding doors and frames in the building. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The North American Industry Code is 235950. The size standard $12.0 The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The solicitation will be available on or about 2 June 2003. The address for downloading the solicitation from the internet is http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. All prospective offerors are required to register on the ESOL website for this procurement when solicitation becomes available. If you fail to register, the Government will not be responsible for you not being notified of any amendments to the solicitation. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall be made only on the internet. The estimated dollar range is $25,000 to $100,000.
