NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DABJ05-03-T-0521. CLIN 0001 WAVEBOOK/516E 16 BIT ETHERNET BASED DATA AQUISITION SYSTEM (7 each), INCLUDES; WBK30/16 16 MBYTE MEMORY OPTION (7 each) , WBK11HR 8 CHANNEL SIMULTANOUS SAMPLE AND HOLD CARD (7 each), WBK 16/SSH 8 CHANNEL STRAIN GAGE MODULE WITH SSH (14 each), SPLICE PLATE 262-0801 (20 each), WBK10A 8 CHANNEL ANALOG EXPANSION MODULE (4 each), WBK11HR 8 CHANNEL SIMULTANOUS SAMPLE AND HOLD CAR D (4 each), WAVEBOOK/516E WITH WBK11 AND WBK30 INSTALLED (1 each), ETHERNET PANAL CABLE (7 each), BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. Requisition Number W81C5M-3135-0001. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Dest. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army , Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are Price an d Past Performance and less important than price and Technical capability. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
