Description: This proposed procurement is for 40,000 gallons HFRS-2P Oil and 14,000 gallons CSH-1H Fog Oil for chip seal application with performance characteristics required for application above 8,000 feet in elevation. A solicitation will be available on or around June 6, 2003. The solicitation will be available in paper hard copy only and will be delivered by US Mail.
