- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice to announce an upcoming Pentagon Renovation Office requirement for a commercially available concrete coating. Contract supplies include, but are not limited to, supply of concrete coating, to include water-proofing pretreatment, and mineral coating. The minimum order amount is anticipated to be a quantity sufficient to cover 75,000SF and the maximum order amount will be identified in the forthcoming release of the RFP. Concrete coating shall be compatible with Corrosion Inhibitor, Sika Ferrogard 903, by Sika Corporation or 2020 V/O by Cortec Corporation. A long-term contract is anticipated composed of an initial order with phased delivery and the option for additional quantities of the product on an as needed basis during the life of the Pentagon Renovation. We anticipate acquiring the product supply through award of a Firm-Fixed-Price, IDIQ contract. Multiple awards are not anticipated. Approximate contract value of the initial award is anticipated to be between $500K to $1M excluding options. This acquisition will be for commercial off the shelf items. Interested parties may obtain a copy of the RFP from either the FedBizOps site or the PENREN website at http://renovation.pentagon.mil/. The RFP will be issued NLT 06 June 2003. This synopsis is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited hereunder.
