Description

The USDA Agriculture Research Service (ARS) requires labor, supervision, tools, and materials to construct a 2,000 sq.ft. (+/-) head house addition at the Plant Genetics Resources Unit, Geneva, New York. Work includes removal of existing paving, altering an existing greenhouse glazing wall, site regrading, paving, underground piping, concrete and masonry placement, roofing, HVAC systems installation, and associated mechanical, plumbing, lighting, electrical and building automation controls to create the headhouse. The North Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 233320 with a size standard of $28.4 million. The estimated cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The estimated time for completion is 180 days after receipt of notice to proceed.
