Description: The Kootenai National Forest, Libby Ranger District, is soliciting quotations for the replacement of a culvert. Work consists of removing the existing 84 inch CMP and replacing it with a new steel pipe arch and a new bypass drainage culvert. Estimated start work date is July 15, 2003, with work to be completed between May 15 and September 15. Price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
