Description: Provide road maintenance on three roads on the Bessey Ranger District, near Halsey, Nebraska, Thomas County T.21,22,23N., R 26,27,28W, 2nd PM. Work shall include blading the road surface, cleaning existing ditches and lead-off ditches, and repairing soft spots. Total miles to be maintained is 46.2 miles. Segments of the roads have numerous curves, moderate hills, roadside ditches, lead-off ditches, and metal pipes.
