**SOURCES SOUGHT** **THIS IS NOT AN OFFER OR SOLICITATION** The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking qualified Contractor support to maintain their existing client-server based procurement application. The purpose of this synopsis is NOT TO SOLICIT business but to determine qualified sources in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area. The application software is written in PowerBuilder 7 with a SQL Server 2000 database. This request for information is issued in an effort to seek qualified sources. The services include but are not limited to development for interfaces and enhancements based on policy and/or regulation changes and site support to assist users with technical difficulties in the application's operational environment. Site support will range from user assistance with help desk calls to developing utilities and routines to maintain information in the database. CDC is seeking contractors with development and maintenance expertise for client-server applications using PowerBuilder Version 7, SQL Server 2000, and Windows 2000 Professional. Contractors should have a minimum CMM Level III certification with expertise in developing, maintaining, and deploying client-server based applications in a distributed environment. Contractors should also have expertise in designing and developing data repositories and interfaces between multiple applications for sharing common data. This notice will remain posted for 45 calendar days.
