- THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Office of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) has completed prequalification of offerors for the design and construction of New Embassy Complexes in: SALMEC-03-R0038 - Belmopan, or Belize SALMEC-03-R0050(#Revised) - Freetown, Sierra Leone. These firms have been selected to proceed to phase II of the acquisition. The Department anticipates award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract as a result of Phase II proposal submissions. 1.
