Description

NA The project covered by this statement consists of providing Full Food Wholesale Distribution Services for the Massachusetts Army National Guard statewide. Expected period of performance is one year with options possible to extend up to four additional yea rs. Solicitation documents will specify subsistence items, delivery points, delivery schedules and all other pertinent data. There will be a pre-bid conference on or about 25 June 2003 to clarify and respond to general questions raised by prospective bid ders regarding this RFQ. This Solicitation is being issued as unrestricted to all qualified offerors under NAICS codes 42242-42249 corresponding to the old SIC codes of 5142-5149. Any interested, qualified parties should submit a written request referenc ing RFQ No. DAHA19-03-Q-0002, Full Food Distribution Service to LTC Vincenzo Valastro at the above address, FAX (508) 233-6691 or e-mail vincenzo.valastro@ma.nbg.army.mil. Solicitation packages will be available at no cost on a first come first served bas is, on or about 13 June 2003. Quotes are due by 3:00 p.m. on 18 July 2003. Responses to questions are not considered changes to the RFQ, as the only way the RFQ can be modified is through an amendment that will be issued by this office.
