Description
PR No: LTC03125011331. This solicitation will contain NSN 1650-00-569-8204 for a Seal Assy, Hydraulic in accordance with Parker Hannifin Corp. Cage 93835, DWG 50002, Rev M, P/N 50002. This award will be solicited for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. FOB Origin, I&A Origin, Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, under other than full and open competition procedures. The Guaranteed Minimum Contract Quantity for the Base Year is 424 each. The Minimum Order Quantity for the Base Year is 61 each. The EAD / Maximum Order Quantity for the Base Year is 485 each. The Maximum Contract Quantity for the Base Year is 607 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Contract Quantity for each Option Year is 61 each. The Minimum Order Quantity for each Option Year is 61 each. The EAD / Maximum Order Quantity for each Option Year is 244 each. The Maximum Contract Quantity for each Option Year is 488 each. Solicitation will contain a surge plan requirement where offerors are required to submit a surge plan that details how they intend to meet both surge quantity and schedule requirements. Surge quantities are 16 each every 30 days over an 180 day period. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other factors as described in the solicitation.
