Description: The Department of State (DOS), Office of Logistics Management, on behalf of the Office of Real Property Management and Special Projects Division amends the solicitation SALMEC-03-R-0046 Mod 04 to correct the abbreviation "NVC" which is an error. The abbreviation should be replaced with ",Nuclear-Biological-Chemical (NBC)," i.e. chem-bio [Nuclear-Biological-Chemical (NBC)] engineering. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain the same.
