Description: The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, expendable materials, floor covering (to match existing), base cove, adhesives, sealant(s), paint(s) and any other items or services necessary to remove existing carpet and install Government-Furnished floor covering in Building 15, (Sundry Room) TLF at Yokota AB, Japan. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
