Description: Montgomery, AL - GMF - Roof replacement. The work will include, but not limited to, removal of existing roof and insulation, repair or replace roof deck, as necessary, replace insulation and install a new modified bitumen roof. CONSTRUCTION MUST COMMENCE ON THE FACILITY ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 10, 2003 ? NO EXCEPTIONS. Cost range: $1,870,000 - $2,310,000 - Const. time: 226 There will be a Preproposal meeting June 17, 2003 at 10:00 at the facility. All interested parties are highly encouraged to attend this meeting.
