- The USDA Forest Service has a requirement for a Career Development Program for Pine Knot Job Corps in Pine Knot KY, Frenchburg Job Corps in Mariba KY and Flatwoods Job Corps in Coeburn VA. This Request for Proposal is designated as a HUBZONE set aside. This contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Priced contract with a Base and 4 option years. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, supplies, materials and other resources (except for Government-furnished property or facilities described herein) necessary to complete the work described.
