Description: Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else required to construct a masonry storage facility, security fencing, paved storage pad, and associated asphalt road at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. The construction performance period will be approximately 120 calendar days. The estimated dollar value of the base bid portion of this contract is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The type of contract will be a lump sum Request for Proposal (RFP) and will be competed Full and Open competition. Proposals will be evaluated based on best value to the government with a price/past performance tradeoff. The NAICS code is 236210 and SIC 1541.
