Description

This project involves the removal, disposal and replacement of existing roofing system with a single-ply, fully-adhered EPDM roofing system complete with warranty. Also, installation of additional drains, related plumbing, and installation of metal fascia over the existing painted wood fascia. Total roof replacement is approximately 9,725 sqft. The existing roof is a built-up roof over a tongue and groove wood deck. Roof includes two sections that are 1-story (125 ft. x 24 ft). The center section of the building is approximately a 1-1/2 stories (131 ft. x 22 ft.). Additional roofs include a front entrance canopy and a boiler room, both 1-story. The estimated cost of this procurement is less than $100,000. Performance period is 60 days after Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitations will be available on or about June 26, 2003. The National American Industrial Classification Code is 235610 and Small Business size standard is $12 million.
